For products with quality concerns:

- Once confirmed, we will gladly accept the return and issue a full refund.
CUSTOMS TAXES & DUTIES
Customers are responsible for all customs-related fees, including but not limited to import duties, taxes, VAT, and administrative charges. As customs regulations differ by country, we advise contacting your local customs office beforehand to ensure a smooth delivery process and prevent any unexpected charges.
CUSTOMS REFUSAL
PT Indo Cipta Estetika is not liable for packages rejected by customs for any reason, including unpaid taxes, restricted items, or other customs-related matters. If a rejected package is returned to us, it will only be reshipped once the customer covers the new shipping costs. Please note that no refunds or replacements will be provided for issues arising from customs procedures.
QUALITY CONCERNS
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality. If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at admin.info@indociptaestetika.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
To ensure proper evaluation, please include your order number, along with clear, unedited photo(s) and video evidence of the issue in its original packaging. All claims will be carefully reviewed by our internal quality control team and, when necessary, verified with the product manufacturer. Only if the manufacturer confirms the defect will the product be officially considered damaged or defective.
Please note that products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund. All evaluations are handled on a case-by-case basis, and decisions made following verification are final.
EXCHANGES

RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION
